What began as a signature dessert on the menu at Sear Steakhouse soon became the most requested item night after night. Word spread. Guests came for the steak but stayed for the cheesecake. A rich, creamy, Basque-style creation with a perfectly caramelised top and irresistibly smooth centre.
So we decided to give it its own stage.
Baske was born out of that demand. A brand dedicated to perfecting the art of burnt Basque cheesecakes. Every cake is handcrafted with premium ingredients, slow-baked to indulgent perfection, and finished with signature toppings that elevate tradition into temptation.
We now offer a growing collection of flavours, from our original to seasonal toppings available for pre-order and delivered across Melbourne.
